Ambulance Victoria Ceo Defends Decision To Launch New Values Policy

Neil Mitchell's Ambulance Victoria Bombshell: New Operating Model on the Horizon

Ambulance Victoria CEO Defends Decision to Launch New Values Policy

Mitchell Calls for Urgent Government Intervention

Radio host Neil Mitchell has dropped a bombshell on Ambulance Victoria, alleging that the service has been spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on consultants while a new operating model is being considered, raising concerns about the system's safety and organization

Mitchell's claims stem from a tip he received back in July, where Ambulance Victoria was reportedly holding ceremonies for long-serving staff and new members. "I was told that at these ceremonies, they were handing out awards and giving speeches," Mitchell said. "But what I found most disturbing was the claim that they were spending money on consultants to help them develop a new operating model."

sources within the elite service have reportedly expressed concerns about the system's safety and organization, claiming that it is "dangerous and badly organized," according to Mitchell. "I'm told that the new model is designed to cut costs and that it will lead to fewer paramedics on the road," he said.

Ambulance Victoria CEO Tony Walker has defended the decision to launch the new values policy, saying it is necessary to improve the service's culture. He has also denied the claims that the service is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on consultants, saying that the amount is actually much lower.

Mitchell is not convinced by Walker's claims. He is calling on the state government to step in and demand answers from Ambulance Victoria. "I believe we have a crisis developing in Ambulance Victoria," he said. "I urge the government to investigate these allegations and take action to ensure that the service is safe and efficient."
